Our Shipping and Return Policy  

How Long will my Order Take?

Each item is handmade to order and is usually dispatched within 1-3 weeks, we will email to let you know of any delays as soon as we are aware.
Some of our products are available for next day delivery and therefore sometimes we may ship parts of your order separately.

Shipping UK Mainland & Overseas

MAINLAND UK ORDERS
Delivery is FREE on all UK mainland orders

Couriers We Use
As a small business we use a variety of carriers and services, however most items are shipped via Royal Mail.
Delivery notifications & Tracking
All orders will be sent with tracking. Lost or missing items will be covered by BYJASMINE and a full refund or replacement will be issued. This also covers damages occurred during shipment.
Delivery times
Once your order has been shipped please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive, we use a variety of shippers and methods depending on the size, weight and service.
Occasionally items do sadly go missing and if your item has not arrived after 14 days we can submit a claim and issue a refund or resend an item, this may take additional time to re make and we will let you know roughly how long.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
Delivery is set at standard prices for your specified country, overseas orders may be subject to import tax and duty charges which are NOT covered by BYJASMINE.
Regrettably at this time overseas orders are exempt from our returns policy (see below for more information)

Couriers we use
We typically use 2 day air mail to ship overseas orders via DHL.

Regrettably we are not currently able to ship to the EU due to new shipping laws, we know lots of you would love our products and we are working on a way to offer this very soon!

RETURNS

Our dresses are made to order, and therefore we can only offer returns for an exchange or credit note, we hope that you love your new dress however if something is not quite right please get in touch to arrange an exchange or credit note;

T&Cā€™s for Returns
Return postage must be covered by the customer and we advise that you use a tracked service. Please email returns@by-jasmine.co.uk to arrange your exchange and allow 10 working days for exchanges to be processed once item has been received back to us.

Returns for credit note or exchange will only be accepted once received back to us in an unused and re-saleable condition with original packaging. NOTE that we can not accept returns with marks or make-up stains, in this instance the dress will be sent back to you and we do advise that all dresses are tried on carefully when not wearing make up or fake tan.

If there is a fault with the construction of your item please do get in touch via email; care@by-jasmine.co.uk , and if we agree the item to be faulty we will offer to repair or refund you within 14 days, refunds for faulty items will include any shipping paid and return shipping will also be covered by BYJASMINE only if your item is deemed faulty.

Overseas orders outside of mainland UK are non returnable or refundable due to the import taxes and duties, this is because we are a small business and we are working on making this possible in the future!
